After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 4pm GMT on weekdays will likely be processed and shipped the following day. Purchases made after 12pm GMT on a Friday or over the weekend will likely be processed and shipped out the following Monday. Once your order has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for domestic shipments and 10 -14 working days for international shipments.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Here at Scott's Jewellers, we like to keep as things as simple as we can.

Once you receive your order, you have 5 working days to initiate a return/exchange.

Just read our 3 steps process below:

1. Initiate the exchange/return by contacting our team via email or our live chat.

2. Package the item up, and then get it sent back to our return department. The address will be given when you initiate the return/exchange.

3. Once we receive the parcel back, it takes 2-3 working days for our team to initiate your exchange, refund or in store credit. The refund will be sent straight to your payment provider. If you choose an exchange, the item will be sent out immediately once the return arrives.

(Please note: We do not accept returns for items unless they arrive with a defect, the wrong size has been given, or the wrong item has arrived this is due to hygiene reasons. We only sell brand new jewellery here at Scott’s jewellers and we do not sell second hand jewellery)
